  • Being fully awake to whatever is going on for you

    We all face challenges and uncertainty in life—it’s just how life is. If we are able to look closely at what is happening and learn from it, then we are much better equipped to find our way through. Trying to avoid what is hard and uncomfortable never works and prevents us from growing.

    By talking things through we can work together to find the deeper meaning of what is happening for us and find the courage to make the changes we need to make in order to move forward.

  • Flourishing at at Each Stage of Your Life

    The ageing process has become a multi-billion dollar industry and its effects are felt—particularly by women—increasingly early in life. This is a shame and robs us of the discovery of the process of flourishing as it transforms through life—from the series of ‘firsts’ we long for when we are young, to the joy of letting go of so many of our restrictions and hang-ups as we get older.

    Ensuring that we are living a life of meaning, in tune with our values is essential for our wellbeing.

  • Creative Ageing

    Are you in the second half of life? Do you feel as if you are ageing? What’s changing for you—what’s welcome and what’s scary? Do you sometimes feel less visible than you did before?

    These are just a few of the questions that become more frequent as we age and it can be hard to find the answers in a society that prioritises youth and the newest craze.

    Taking the time to talk through your ageing journey and feel out how to make that as creative as possible is an exhilarating experience—perhaps even an essential one.

We’ll start off with setting up a free 20 minute ZOOM session to set the scene and see if we would like to work together.

If you want to continue, then sessions are 45 minutes long and cost €70 each.
