Welcome to Awareness in Action’s new website

For more than 20 years Awareness in Action has been all about waking up to our lives through awareness, connection and clarity.

Now, as I am certainly in the second half of my life I want to take this work further to embrace all aspects of flourishing at each stage of our lives.

Consciously ageing provides a marvellous opportunity to reassess priorities, deepen one’s values and find increased meaning in each day—and it starts as soon as we are born.

Currently, I am building a new website to bring this out in ways that are accessible, friendly and applicable—so this page is temporary and is just here to let you know what is going on.
